How To Find A Good Inbound Call Center In India?

with 3 comments

We have an ecommerce company and we are looking for customer service support, order taking and email support. We are very concerned about the quality of service and want to hire the best firm. Our customers are very special to us. Any recommendations for a call center in India?

  1. I am a business owner as well and I can relate to what you need. I agree. Customer service is very crucial for any businesses. I hired two call centers in India and they did a poor job and finally had to let them go. I decided not to hire any Indian call centers in my life. I attended a convention and came across this company called Inso. They have a US presence and I think they are in LA and they have their center in India as well. I hired them and decided to give them a shot. They are doing an outstanding job for my ecommerce store. It’s been two years since I hired them and I have no complaints. Their rates are very reasonable and most important the quality of service. Check their site inso.us before you call them. I am not sure if they take all ecommerce business. I highly recommend them. Good luck!

  2. Customer Services Support is one of the important. Unless the right call center is chosen, all those efforts and dollars will be wasted. Most call centers function just like an answering service even for sales calls; they simply do NOT convince callers to buy the product/service.
I have tried services of InSo Call Center. Its really great services.

  3. I would stay away from that. Every time I call for help with a computer, printer et. cetera My call gets routed to India. The quality of the calls are usually low (I’ve worked with Skype and it’s worse than that) like they are in a tin can. They use little or no sound absorbing dividers as the sound like they are in a chicken coup. And sometimes more than not the accent is so thick I have to repeat the question like 3 times to understand. I understand this is cost effective. If you are truly concerned about the quality of service then think about that. Some of the people they hire on that side have heavy accents, some don’t.
